I had three things done through the MassSave program - attic insulation, an exhaust pipe routed through the roof, and door stripping/sweeps added to two doors. Cliff the chief supervisor arrived 5 minutes early with his worker Juan both conducted themselves as perfect gentleman worked efficiently and did a complete walk-through before and after cleanliness was beyond my expectations, they swept up after themselves left my basement floor. I think Cleaner than that when they started, Cliff explained everything that they were going to do and then afterwards brought me back downstairs to make sure that cleanliness was up to my expectations and was there anything else that they could do and explained everything that had been done and if everything was OK and was there anything else that they could do? I would highly recommend 5C energy to anybody.

They were all very polite and got to work right away. Henry explained everything they were going to do. Who Can Claim These Commercial Insulation Incentives?

To unlock the current commercial insulation incentives (and matching business insulation incentives) offered through the Mass Save® program, your facility must meet a few requirements:

Be served by a Mass Save sponsor. That means your site’s electric or natural‑gas account must be with a participating utility—Eversource, National Grid, Cape Light Compact, Liberty, or Unitil. [Mass Save® Business Rebates]

Operate a commercial, industrial, or institutional building in Massachusetts. Eligible properties range from offices and retail storefronts to warehouses and light‑manufacturing plants.

Have insufficient or aging insulation. The Mass Save on‑site survey (handled by our certified crew chiefs) must verify that existing walls, roofs, or rim joists lack proper R‑value. Qualifying upgrades can receive up to 75% of material and labor costs. 

Obtain pre‑approval before work begins. Thus, all projects need written approval from Mass Save to lock in the rebate dollars. Don’t worry, 5C Energy Inc. manages the paperwork and submits the scope for you.
